Pinprick rash on bottom, wrists, knees and one big mouth ulcer

Any ideas what it could be? dd is just 2. Worried about catching it as 30weeks pg.

Sounds like hand, foot and mouth disease. Don#t think it's a problem in pregnancy but can't remember. It usually lasts about 5 days and is fairly minor.

DD1 had it when I was pg. Does sound like it. MW reassured me that it was nothing to worry about.
