DD (1) has a cold and its on her chest and really runny nose.

When DD is asleep its as though her nose gets completely blocked and you can hear her chokeing on the mucus.
Is there anything I can do to help her sleep as it wakes her up alot.

Prop up cot legs at head end so that she sleeps on a slope with feet lower than head.

Window open a crack to keep fresh air circulating.

I used to use Tixylix nasal drops - can you still get them I wonder ?

Calpol helps to dry up the snot IYSWIM

awww hope she feels better soon

Thanks for these.
I bought an albas fan thingie which works wonders on her in bed but she wont sleep in bed in the day so I can't put it on in front room (DP hates the smell)

we did have some kind of nasal thing so wil have a look and have LOADS of calpol so i'll give that a go as well.

THANKS AGAIN
