16 month old makes clicking sound with jaw! should I worry?

This morning my daughter started making clicking noises with her jaw. I do not actually see her jaw moving but is definitely coming from that area and she sort of bares her teeth while she does it. At first I thought she had maybe picked something up hard and was chewing on it. It sounds like she is chewing a marble which she is definitely not!

She is a very late teether (third tooth has only just broken through) so could this be related? Or should I worry that her jaw is dislocated. She doesn't look like she is in pain and plays happily.

Help, a bit worried.
