Which antihistamine is best for a toddler with urticaria?

DD gets urticaria from time-to-time (as do I) particularly when she has had a temperature. She's having quite a bad bout of it at the moment and I'm not sure which antihistamine to give her. Anyone in the know about who can help?

Ds has piriton for his allergies which causes urticaria and it works pretty well for us.

Piriton - recommended for chickenpox too.

Doesn't Medised have antihistamine in it? I have urticaria too.
