Recommendations for "green" shampoo and conditioner

My daughters hair is a mess, flat, dull, dry, terrible to comb in the morning and it seems to have been "helped" by using Horns n Halos shampoo etc.
Can anyone recommend a good moisturising/glossing shampoo and conditioner that preferably is fairly "green" in the eco sense! My daughter has no allergies, eats very well, gets plenty of sleep, fresh air and exercise so I can only put it down to what I am washing her hair twice a week with.

I use this on my toddler It's very mild and doubles as a body wash. Dss' hair always very shiny and soft.

and this on me I've been using it for about 15yrs, never any build up, and always complemented by hairdresser how healthy my hair is.
