DS just climbed/fell out of his cot he has an almighty bump on his forehead but seems ok, I don't need to take him to A+E do I?

He is breastfeeding now and going to sleep, stopped crying as soon as I started feeding him, the bump is huge and blue right on his forehead

No vomiting, but he is sleepy

God only knows how he climbed out of his cot

How old?

Any colour around his eyses?

Any blood?

Is he rousable?

My son fell out of his cot twice and was moved into a bed. Floorboards and baby's heads don't mix.

DS fell when he was starting to walk... lost his grip on the sofa and landed straight on his head. Off I went to A&E being the neurotic first-time-mum that I was but no worries - he was absolutely fine.
