18m old wi v dark green poo looks black

shes only on a milk tube diet due to having problems anyway for 3 days as v dark green poo looks blacl also it burns her bun!! what can it be?

no supplements shes on neocate active i have rang her dietion told me to take her straight to gp so dh just took her

they testing for infection and blood we been told its not right its 5th day today and it smells horried.
