She is 2 and is prone to mild eczema, we have to put cetroban on 2x per day.

However just discovered largish patch in her hair above each ear. This came to light when I was washing her hair and she said it hurt.

Do I put cream on it over her hair? Do I need a special shampoo?

I have eczema in my hair and the dr gave me a shampoo which just about cleared it up. I dont see why you couldnt put the cream on but it would make her hair greasy then you would wash it agin and the cycle starts again?
Aparently Tgel shampoo is good for this kind of thing and is available in shops until you can get to the dr.
