HELP please 18mo crying solidly for hours, what can I do?

He's briefly stopping for about a minute on my breast but even that is not helping him

one cheek red, so maybe molar tooth coming

have given nurofen, about an hour ago and he just sicked up all over me, so not sure how muh got absorbed

he hadn't stopped anyway

he had cold but is not hot, not so bad as last week so not that

not coughing

nothing else

how can I help him? he really isn't a cryer at all.

Can I ask you to do something for me please if you get a mo? I haven't a way to do it, but I wondered if you might please pass on a message to the others over there? Just to say Happy Christmas to them all - some of them won't know me anyway I suppose but I miss so many of them. I do want to say it to all of them and will say it to MN as a whole tomorrow too.
