Ds used to retch and vomit when we gave him medicine... Then clenched buttocks for suppositories, but now we have the answer!!

sound like a good way for tablets...

es never really liked taking medicine, like calpol...and te only way we could get him to take anything was by giving him a spoonful of nutella before and after the spoon of medicine...that way the overwhelmingly disgusting taste off the medicine couldnt get through...

now I know it's not the best way to get a child to take medicine...but it worked and tbh....when it was either seeing him suffer or using sweet gooey nutella to get him to take it....nutella always won....

it does make all teh difference...

when I was younger I had to take some tablets...and owuld just retch, etc...my mum mashed Banana up and than put the tablet in there...and I was able to eat it that way....although....makes me shudder just thinking of it right now, lol....
