If a child has a fever, what do you put them in at night?

Obviously at this time of year DS is normally in a couple of layers, underneath duvet and 2 blankets.

He's got a mild fever - what should I put him to bed in?

i would put my ds (5) under a sheet and a couple of thin blankets wearing vest and underpants or short pj's. i would also give him some paracetamol before bed to cool his temperature down

Thanks. I've taken then blankets off and he's doped up. Will check on him later.
