pus filled spots at corner of mouth

14 month old has tiny pus filled posts at corner of mouth which look quite sore - happy other than that. Should I take to doctor as she goes to nursery and don't want to start an epidemic!

I would take her to the doctor - could be hand foot and mouth, or maybe impetigo?

If you google images for these then you might see something you recognise? Need a hard stomach though becuase the images tend to be of severe cases!
