Apologies, have also posted this in Allergies, but DD, who is a month old, has been developing red spots across her face -- they started on her cheeks a few days ago, but are now smaller and far more numerous and have spread right across her temples and scalp. We started off just washing with water, then tried Johnson's Top to Toe and now Boots Expert Sensitive Head to Toe Wash -and I am planning to try to get something organic tomorrow... However, It seems to just be getting worse...

I know this is the classic age for "baby acne" but can it really be just that? Could it be a reaction to something I ate or something else? Anyone else seen something similar in their baby?

my first thought was baby acne. This is a link to Google images of baby acne - see if it looks the same. If so, then it's nothing to worry about and it should clear soon

Sounds like baby acne. I'd avoid Johnsons and Boots stuff tbh if she has sensitive skin - I like the Earth Friendly Baby stuff. Did the spots start when you stopped using plain water?

I'd say definitely baby acne. Try not to put anything on it or it could get irritated.
Both of mine had it but it went after a few weeks.
