DD has a cough - should she miss her swimming lesson?

What are the general guide lines i wonder, or rule of thumb, re children with coughs and swimming lessons?
Do I let DD decide if she feels well enough to go (she is nearly 4)?
Do I take her because it's only 30 mins, the water is warm and so are the changing rooms?
Do i not take her as she will be exerting herself in the water?

I'm feeling very indecisive tonight as you can probably tell .

TIA

I usually dither but go with letting dd decide unless you really think she is too unwell. (My dd is almost 4 too). Although I was saved the decision last time she was ill as the lesson was cancelled as her teacher was ill.
