Hi. 21-mo DD has had v pale poo for the past three days in a row. Prior to that had 2 days no poo, which is normal for her. Her diet hasn't changed at all although she has been off her food a bit and is usually a healthy eater. Is teething (again!) but never experienced this before. Otherwise seems fine. Grateful for any advice/opinions. Thanks!

My DS1 suddenly had v pale poo when he was prob about the same age, he was also teething and all he would eat was yoghurt. I rang NHS Direct and they said that that was OK as poo would be the colour of whatever we eat. So, as DS1 was only eating yoghurt, his poo was pale.

my ds does 'pale poo' when he is poorly...regardless of what he eats. he has been like this since he was a toddler.

pale almost grey poo!

i worried about it quite alot at first ,but with no other lasting signs of ill health i have just accepted that this is what he is like.

Thanks. Funnily enough DD is the same with the yoghurt - would eat it in preference to anything else at the moment although we are encouraging her to eat other stuff too so don't think that the reason for her "paleness"!

Beans, does it usually last very long or just as long as your DS is feeling under the weather?
