Rash on body of 13 month old, 12 days after MMR jab, anyone else had this?

My son has a rash on his tummy and back. I've tried the glass test in case its Meningitis, but to be honest i'm not expert. when i run my finger over the spots they go.

called NHS direct an hour ago, waiting for a all back from a nurse.

he did have his MMR injection 12 days ago and for the last week has been quite grumpy, tired, had a temp on and off. anyone else had this??

DD got a measles type rash about ten days after. She was fine, but you are best to check if you are unsure,

Yes - my DS had a rash about 10 days after his MMR with quite a bad fever. Took him to the docs, kept an eye on him, it was gone after two days.

My health visitor said that with the MMR, unlike other vaccines, the reaction comes quite late - eg 10 days, or even up to 3 weeks later. She also said it might come in the form of a rash. So from what you say, sounds like reaction to the MMR, but if you're worried go to your doctor.
