poor DS. DD is on her 11th day of illness, but has got abx for an ear infection, today is actually the first day she looks pink rather than gray. I am giving her whatver she wants to eat and drink and keeping her warm and cosy.
anything with milk , cream , butter etc should help and eating little and often? poor wee thing, it really takes it out of them . hope he is on the mend soon

home made smoothies are easy, I do mine in a food processor if you have one just throw in banana, milk and natural yoghurt if you have any doesnt matter if not. Add a spoonful of honey(if over 12months) if you have it and simply press the button and pour. I put in unused mixture and make lollies for freezer which he quite often has as a pudding. These would be good for sore throat. Use any fruit you like mango, strawbs, rasberries. Hope all well with your little one soon
