I guess not really a health issue but DS (12 weeks) has 2 patches of light skin/hair.

I showed GP at 6 week check, but he was pretty bald and it was harder to see. GP said "oh yeah , his hair will cover that" but it seems his hair is light in these patches also. What is it? Will he have light patches of hair?

My dd has this too, she's now 7 months old, with 2 small patches on the left side of her head and although they still there, they've definately started blending in with the small amount of hair she has managed to grow! She is quite fair though so I'll be watching the hair growth to see what happens. Sorry I cant be of more help, my GP didnt seem to think it would be a problem either.

Thanks anyway DSs are quite white & his hair is brown (so far). Is it normal? Could I have done something to cause it?
