White lump in 3 month old DS's mouth.

I noticed it while he was sleeping yesterday. It's on his top gum, right in the middle, and it looks a bit like a zit.

He's been really grotty and chewy and I thought he was teething so I've been putting Dentinox on his gums, which seemed to help. When I've been doing the top gum, I felt something hard, which I thought was a tooth coming through, but it's this white lump.

It's round, so I don't think it is a tooth, as I thought they look like while lines when they come in?

Anyone else had this? What should I do? He's exclusively breastfed, btw.

TIA

Sounds like it might be a tooth, once they burst through they are white lines. Rub a cold metal teaspoon on it. I found that help soothe it and bring it down.
