Ds had diahorrea (sp?) last night and this morning (last time was about 9.30am), I have been starving him and giving fluids but now he says he wants some honey on toast, should I let him?

I probably would. Just avoid dairy for a while. Bland carbs after D&V.

the BRAT diet is good after an upset stomach-bananas, rice, apple(stewed or pureed), toast. So yes, let him have some.
