What is the cause of my DDs 'strong' smelling wet nappies?

I thought it was due to not getting enough water, my mum thinks she has an infection but there are no other symptons - what do you think?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

my ds periodically will have a day or so of wee that could peel the retinas off the back of your eyeball. The pong, I am not kidding, could kill a goat.

It seems to happen when he eats lots of broccoli (less so with brussesls sprouts).

could that be it?

something she has eaten? maybe she is about to be ill? (happened a few times with ds1) is she teething?(how old?)

She's just over 7 months and no teeth yet so pmaybe that could be it. Its so bad that you'd think she had filled her nappy.
