Daughter sick and won't eat, any advice?

Hi,

My daughter has had a very bad cold and chest infection since Monday. We have been to the doctor and hospital as we are very worried about her as she won't eat anything and is only sipping at drinks every couple of hours. If she doesn't eat by the end of today it will be 3 days. We have been given medication for the chest infection and told to give her Nurofen which seems to make her feel a bit better but she still wont eat. What can we do?
