Dd's just been sick, shall I give her her bedtime milk?

She's 2 and has a little milk before bed, will it be ok, or make it worse?

I probably wouldn't.
although, depends why she has been sick, if it's a buig then I wouldn't.
if she has just eaten and then jumped on a trampoline or something, then I might lol

DS2 had this bug last night and vomited everywhere! Again and again! Had 4 loads of washing today!

Dont give milk - give water.

I have always been told to avoid milk after being sick as milk is tricky to digest. We give water instead and eat toast for breakfast as tummies can be sensitive. Keep towels etc at hand for overnight as children seem to be sick overnight too. Check temperature too in case she needs Calpol etc. Good luck. ALison

PS not sure all of this applies if you are breastfeeding as I have done bottle feeding

Thanks everyone, gave her diluted milk. She said, 'Mummy this milk is a bit watery' which made me laugh.
