Poor you and baby. You can get saline nose drops so at least you can clear her nose to feed. I am not sure on what age you can use the Boots vapourizer from (might be 3 months) but we have used one as long as I can remember. You plug it into the wall and put inserts in and the room smells lovely! We always use it with a cold and it is genius!

Or, how about putting a bowl of hot steaming water under her crib, the steam really helps. Or, take her into the bathroom and put the shower on hot and let her take the steam in, that can really help. If it is cold in the house and you are having the heating on put wet towels over the radiators to help reduce the dryness of the air.

You could try putting a pillow under the mattress, my doctor recommended this to help with the cough. It helpss drain away the excess fluid.
