My ds has a very bad cold, is also teething and has had diarrhoea and I am just wondering what I should be offering him in the way of food. I have done toast, potatoes, apples and bananas, but he is not that keen. Just wondered if anyone else has any ideas. TIA

cold carrot to chew on perhaps? as much liquids as he wants? not sure what else sweetheart, when dd is poorly, just let her eat as much or little as she wants, her appetite soon settles when she is feeling better xxx

Thanks for that. All a bit stressy really as 1st time he has been this ill and for more than 24 hours and just really feel for him.

how old is he?((((((((((())))))))))
i hate it when dd is ill and she is nearly 3.5, i think part of it is that you want to take it away for them and you can't.

The crackers went down well. Thanks.
