I have single measels jab booked for DD tomorrow she reacted terribly to all jabs and got quite ill

Can anyone think if some relevant questions to ask my consultant at the consultation beforehand I am really nervous and my mind has gone blank. I do want her to have this jab.

Write down what happened last time and tell him. Ask him about any side effects, what do you need to look out for.
