lo has now got fever but on antibiotics what do i do?

Yes. I wouldn't give them at the same time though, an hour after. You can give ibuprofen for the fever, which works better than calpol. Plenty of fluids aswell.

Can alternate nurofen with calpol too - these are pain relievers/anti fever while ab's tackle infection.

And make sure that he's kept cool - sponging with cool (not cold) water and cold drinks are very effective at bringing down a temperature, and will make him feel more comfortable too.
