prickly heat in a 2 year old. What do I ask for in a French pharmacy?

DD, 2.4, has rampant prickly heat, and we're in teh South of France.

Am thinking I need an antihitamine syrup, plus a cream, but don't know what to ask for.

Have tried to get something for my own prickly heat here in the past and been fobbed off with a weird zinc based cream that seemed to make it itchier, so I would ideally like to have something specific to ask for.

Any thoughts?

Anything with aloe vera will help

Thanks Magnolia. Will try anything to stop my little bug itching.

Had much success with your sentence Madame, think the lady was v. impressed. Things got a little hairy when she started asking for DD weight in kilos, but we got there in the end!
