...Despite drinking quite a bit. She has had a bit of a tummy bug on and off for a while now, not sure if it is related. She seems absolutely fine in herself but we were when we changed her nappies today and tonight to find them dry. One earlier was dirty (bit loose) so hard to tell if this was wet. One before (this morning) def was.

Is this a concern??

So she might not have had one since this morning. Phoned NHS direct and expecting a call back within 4 hours...

TBH, i would not be worried. Just keep up with the fluids and she will be back to normal tomorrow.
Its to be expected if she has had a bug, as long as she is drinking well now.
