DD has a little spot like a milk spot on her nipple

she is 20m and it is like a milk spot they get at birth but has been there for a few months. Has anyone experienced anything like it and what do I do?

Sounds like a sebaceous gland that is blocked that's all - it's totally harmless - don't pick or squeeze it and it will go away on it's own. They can last up to six months.
