Hi, a couple of days ago I noticed a couple of spots on my 15 month old boy . I thought they could be bug bites or flea bites? But feel like they have changed. He then had his 12 month jabs yesterday and today he has developed lots of little spots. What could this be ? I’ve attached photos. The darker bigger spots are pre vaccinations and the smaller ones are since he’s had the jabs.
