Any advice for managing a child’s cyclical vomiting and abdominal migraines?

DD(12) has been having repeated episodes of severe vomiting since December. It had been every 2/3 weeks this years until now. It’s 2/3 times per WEEK.
before December it was only every few months which we could cope with but this really getting her down, as it is myself.
Stress has always been a factor, late night/early start that’s out of the norm , travelling/holidays.
It is school holidays for us (Scotland) and we did go away for two weeks and she was sick every other day which has continued in the two weeks we have been home.
She has been prescribed anti sickness and Rezitripton which really hasn’t done anything to help or stop these episodes. She has had these now for 6 weeks from the doctor.

I just really feel at my wits end. She is currently in bed with me having just thrown up.
I just know that when she starts back at school she will most likely be off a lot. And it means me taking unpaid leave constantly to stay home with her. It also means she is missing out on so much as we can’t really take day trips or long (over 30 minute) car rides without it triggering an episode.
Please, does anyone have any advice on things which have worked for their child for cyclical vomiting/abdominal migraine/migraines. We are trying to keep to a bedtime routine, regular eating.

This site gives some supplements that can help. The site was set up by an American MD who used nutrition extensively in his medical practice, and the recommendations are generally based on the relevant science and on proper research studies.
