One-year-old still refusing solids after sore throat and antibiotics

My 1 yo had a sore throat (suspected strep) last week along with a fever and is on antibiotics that have really helped. She’s playful again and without a fever. However for the past 2 1/2 weeks she’s been totally off solid food.. only wants to breastfeed and didn’t water and occasionally a bit of cows milk. The only food we can get into her is nibbles of crackers, veggie sticks (the baby crisps), some sweet corn and a few peas. Food she loved before she pushes away and doesn’t want anything soft or on a spoon. The dr didn’t seem to be concerned as she’s wetting nappies and breastfeeding but I’m back at work so can only feed her mornings and evenings (and in the night!)
shes at nursery a few days a week and they have had no luck in getting her to eat.
anyone had experience of this? I’m worrying as she’s lost some weight and I would’ve thought she needs more fuel for the crawling and cruising about she’s doing!

If she's drinking lots and has lots of wet nappies it's not major that she isn't eating much. It can take a while for the appetite to return. The important thing is she's happy and behaving like her normal self. I suspect she will be eating again very soon.

My DD was like this after tonsillitis.
it took afew weeks for appetite to come back.
as previously said; drinking and wet nappies are the main thing.

I always remind myself when I had felt unwell esp with throat I didn’t want to eat either.
