Are they already eating a good healthy balanced diet?

There is no one supplement that has been proven to improve height like this.

She does eat a healthy balanced diet but has a Cow’s milk allergy so I do worry about calcium. Looking at lots of supplements which combine calcium with zinc for apparent improved absorption/delivery to growth plates?

Along with these, can you please explain with real conviction that it is fine to be small. That loads of the world's population is short. That being short does not barr her from anything in life - success in all things is achieved by short people.

DS is very short. Nothing we could do except teach him not to care. Took a while but he now doesn't care and his life is way happier and more successful since his confidence grew.

And don't tell her the supplements are to make her grow. because if she doesn't, she'll see it as a failing on her part. Say they are to promote strong bones, muscles, ligaments, brain function etc.

Absolutely. Thank you for this.
