What are these spots on my two year old's arms?

Any idea what these are on my 2 year old, initially thought insect bites but they're not getting bigger and not bothering her, about 4 on each arm, had them for 3 days now...

If they're not itchy it's unlikely to be chicken pox. Maybe molloscum? Keep an eye on them and maybe go to a pharmacy.

Get calamine and calpol in and pat baths can be great. Don’t give ibuprofen.

Looks like molluscum to my totally untrained eye. Could always take her to the pharmacy tomorrow to get them to have a look?
