Hasn't complained of a sore tongue but just looks odd to me? Any advice?

Could be oral thrush, Will need a prescription of drops/gel if it is so see the GP.

But are they unwell?
Not eating? Not drinking? Temperature raised when you touch them? Pain?
If not, my advice is crack on, watch and wait. Might be perfectly normal and sort itself out without intervention.
If any of that changes though, then take the child to the local chemist for the pharmacist to have a look and advise.

Why would a child who hasn't recently been on antibiotics or have an inhaler have this?
