Hello

DD woke up with conjunctivitis start of the week. Went to pharmacy and was given the drops which we have been using.

eyes look one million times better - barely any redness, little to no gunk in the day - however DD Is still waking up with crusty eyes - albeit much milder than before. Final day of drops is tomorrow.

would you finish the drops and see how it goes? Or call Dr tomorrow.

my only worry and dilemma is that the bank holiday weekend and where to turn if it comes back tenfold like how it started.

never dealt with conjunctivitis before so unsure!

thanks all

It's almost always viral and gets better with or without the drops.

I'd keep bathing with salt water and see how it goes. It's just like a cold in the eyes. Back to the pharmacist if doesn't clear.
