Any reusable options for Calpol plug-ins for children's colds?

Is there any solution I can use to make calpol plug ins reusable? They are so expensive!!!!

Just use children’s olbas oil instead of the plug ins….its much cheaper but does the same thing!

Surely they are reusable - you just keep replacing the little tablet? I’ve been using mine (albeit not that often) for 13 years! Have they changed the design?

@WatermelonYummy sorry - I meant to make the pads reusable. Was wondering if it could pop drops of kids olbas on it and whack them back in

Apparently you can do this and I was tempted but then I did read elsewhere that it could be a fire risk.
