Rash after MMRV vaccine in 12 month old with sickness

Hello, just wondering if anyone would know what this rash might be? My 12 month old had her mmrv vaccine on Tuesday, and has came out in this rash yesterday. She has eczema but doesn’t look like this. She also has been vomiting and had diarrhea this past 2 days but her temp is normal.

MMR (and V) can give a rash, but that would be 7-21 days after vaccination.

Given the other symptoms, if it were me, I would be asking for a same day GP appointment tomorrow and going to urgent care if not possible to see GP. It's probably nothing, but those symptoms+ rash would make me cautious. I would also be looking out for anything concerning overnight (high temperature, inconsolable crying, floppy, impossible to wake, red flags like that) or the rash not disappearing under a glass.
