Does this look like the beginning stage of chickenpox

Does this spot look like the beginning of chicken pox. She has had a cough, runny nose for the last 5 days and today sent home from childminders with a temp. This evening I have noticed this red spot on her back. Just the one. On its own but noticeable. No other reports of chicken pox at childminders. But she has been to a soft play 2 weeks ago.

Cant see the photo but normally the first spots are on the back. Takes 14 days from infection so yes must have picked it up at soft play. Tepid baths 3 times a day with a tablespoon of bicarb of soda, use a sponge to squeeze water over the body, dont touch the body. Calpol and definitely no Ibruprofen.

Photo not clear but looks like chicken pox.

My DD’s started exactly like this on her back. The next morning they had spread over her chest.

She was also under the weather the day before and sooo grumpy!
