9 month old has a black lump on gum

Shes showing all symptoms of teething and suddenly this black this appeared and I have no idea what it is.

does this look familiar to anyone please? I will take her to the doctors but wanted to first check on here as my doctors don’t have any appointments for the next 5 days.

sorry for the rubbish photo. She will not let me look inside her mouth 😂

Can't see a photo yet but I remember my daughter having this and then teeth popped through shortly after.

No photo but can be a bruise as the tooth is pushing through. Can you feel anything.
