Should I be worried about post concussion head pain?

Dd banged her head hard about 10 days ago. Was checked over at A&E and sent home with the standard advice. She was recovering okay, until yesterday when she suddenly developed head pain at the site of her injury & over her head, plus neck pain. It didn't get better with paracetamol & ibuprofen, so I took her to A&E to get checked over again. She has been quite erratic in her behaviour too, which I suspect is her reaction to the pain. She was checked over & sent home with advice to bring her back if she vomits. She got up at 5.30am, disturbed by the pain. She's had more painkillers & it's not shifted the head pain. She's very under reactive to pain (Audhd), so has to be in quite a bit of pain to realise something is painful, so unfortunately often doesn't present as in as much pain when asked by drs/nurses. She hasn't vomited, is up & about, still quite erratic though. Her neck isn't bothering her much now, but her head really is. Do I just assume she has some delayed concussion symptoms if she has been checked out twice & has no other symptoms? No appointments available with GP today.

To be honest, I would go straight back to A&E for her to be checked. They may want to scan her to check for any bleeding / swelling in her brain
