My baby currently has RSV and I’ve been giving him calpol to control the fever he has had along side, I usually use the sugar and colour free calpol but I couldn’t get it so this time we have bright pink sugar free calpol. I’ve found that after having it my son is so hyper for about 2hrs, this had led to some difficulty when taking him to the drs as he’s presenting as well when he’s actually really unwell.

anyone else experienced this or am I going mad!

No because it's like us taking painkillers once they kick in you feel much better for 2-3 hours
