What can I use on a toddler for scarring?

My daughter is almost 3, and recently fell and hit the bridge of her nose on the coffee table. We did have it checked by a paramedic on a 111 video call at the time, and they told us to leave it alone. It has healed now, but has left a pink scar right across her nose between her eyes.
Does anyone know of any products I can use to reduce the scarring?

I used bio oil when my son had chicken pox

When my daughter was left with a scar on her face after a fall (she needed stitches), the doctor said to put total sunblock on it every time we went out to reduce the scarring.
I did this for quite a long time and the scar is barely visible now (12 years on).

You can really encourage better healing by gently massaging something in daily. Anything safe for children really, (unscented moisturiser, bio oil, e45 as long as it doesn’t get in her eyes). It will help with circulation/collagen and flatten it out with slight pressure.

Bio oil

Rosehip oil or bio oil, and massage it on reasonably firmly to help break down the scar tissue. Keep it out of the sun as well. My son had a scar on his forehead from a head vs iron park bench incident requiring six stitches, but now it's faded to a tiny white line that you can only see if you know where to look for it.
