Someone help me with my toddlers cracked and peeling lips!

It’s driving me round the bend, they are constantly dry, peeling and cracked. I have tried everything - upping water intake, daily vitamins, Vaseline, aveeno, lanolin, plus every other lip balm/moisturiser but it’s been a daily problem for about a year now.

I apply the moisturiser 2-3x a day, and a big helping before bed. She wakes up and they’re okay, but then gradually get worse throughout the day - I don’t ever see her licking them so I can’t work it out.

Does anyone have any magical remedies?

Aquaphor is good. I also use it as an overnight lip balm for my lips and also use it for a dry patch of skin on my daughter’s neck and it moisturises well

We used O'Keefes lip repair stick. It's really good and deals with DS's hideous sore lips and skin around them.
He is always chewing his lips or biting his nails which doesn't seem to help the situation

Could she have an allergy? Toothpaste contains SLS which can be an irritant.

Thank you everyone and @GellerYeller wow I hadn’t even thought of that!
