Reaching out to you all as we’re at a complete loss of what to do or what it is.
Our 8 month old woke up about two weeks ago after his bottle about 8 pm and started puking. The puke wasn’t baby puke it was almost like green bile. We stayed up with him all night and took him to the walk in clinic the next day and they thought it was something viral, he came up with a rash so we also assumed the same, we moved on and thought it was all resolved.
Come Monday we put him down for bed again, I go to football and around 8:40 pm I come through the door and he’s doing it again, puking up around 7 or 8 times green bile and nearly choking on his sick. We went straight to a and e, got him checked up and they identified he had no temperature, and all of his checks seemed ok. We stayed up all night with him and he kept wrenching with hardly any milk drank.
A bit of background we have recently noticed he has tongue tie, this has affected his feeding massively and he drinks milk little and often. Weaning him has been really hard and he hasn’t taken to it too well. He’s always struggle to take large bottles of milk and can be a fussy drinker / eater. We also suspect he struggles with hearing a little but we think this is due to wax build up.
My partner took our son to our doctors today and she has sent him for two referrals about his wax build up on his ears and the tongue tie.
Has anyone had any similar experiences on what this could be at all ?
Really appreciate your help as we are worried sick.
