My boys are sick day after swimming

We were swimming yesterday in small pool at caravan park. Today, just over 24 hours later roughly, my middle boy started vomiting. It happened really quickly without warning. Then a couple of hours later my youngest boy woke out of his sleep and was sick everywhere. I'm just worried about the possibility that they swallowed water. Probably just a tummy bug and I am over thinking. Thanks in advance ☺️

What sort of pool? Won't it have been chlorinated? If not, monitor it very closely as giardia or similar can be very serious

It was caravan park small pool used by anyone who might be staying at the park.

Check with others in the park if they've come down sick.

Even with chlorine, if another person has had diarrhea in the pool you'll get sick. Or it could be a bug generally going round the park.

Have you been in soft play / soft machines? Could be the pool ,could be a bug from anywhere
