I found a hard piece sized lump behind my four months old left nipple

I’m sure it wasn’t there before because I would’ve noticed it but I noticed her left nipple looked a bit darker than the other mainly the middle bit looked purple so I poked at it and I felt a hard piece sized lump doesn’t seem to bother her but it’s Sunday and I’m sat stressing and googling until I can ring the doctors in the morning I was only there last week after finding a dimple at the very bottom of her spine which I’m waiting to hear back from the paediatricians To see if they want to do any scans on her spine what could cause a lump to appear in a four month old she is bottle fed, I think it’s a bit late for hormones to still be lingering around

It’s very worrying for you, but very unlikely to be related to the back dimple. It’s most likely a breast bud which can take up to 6 months of age to disappear.
