I feel the worst mum, I only buy Saka water and I realised it has ph level of 8.22 😢 it says on the bottle. My baby being drinking Saka water for 6 months. Did I ruin her stomach. I read alkaline water can cause acid rebound when stopped. Slightly panicking 🤦‍♀️

Are you in the UK? If so there is absolutely no need to give a baby bottled water. Cooled tap water is fine, use a Brita filter if you're in an area where the water might be harder. How old is your baby, if under 6 months they don't need additional water as they get their hydration needs met from breast milk or formula.
Is there a reason you were using Saka water? It's not harmful but it's not needed

No baby 10 months. I have given her saka water since 6 months old. So actually 4 months of saka water total.
Yes the UK. I heard Uk water was bad so I thought this was better option. I hope I didn’t damage her 🤦‍♀️😢😭
she exclusively breastfed first 6 months of her life and now I still breastfeed her. I don’t offer no formula. So saka water only used as a drink with meals or when weather too hot or if she’s thirsty

Where did you hear that all water in the UK was bad? Cooled boiled tap water is fine for babies.

There’s no need to use bottled water, and no need to boil UK tap water to give a 10 month old.
