Baby leant on something and left a slight indent in head

Hey

Long story short, I was side feeding my nearly 5 month old on the sofa on top of a towel. I then got up to see my toddler and notice that my baby had a indent in her head. I checked where she was laying and perhaps it was some folded up part of towel. I didn't notice it before but didn't check either but can't think of anyway she could have hard bumped her head. She is fine in herself.

Has this happened to anyone before?

It looks like the creases you get on your face from sleeping on a ruffled up pillow case. It’ll probably disappear within an hour or two but if it doesn’t, as always, get her checked over.
